Prescription swimming goggles are goggles with corrective lenses built directly into the lens — the same corrective power as your glasses or contacts, in a waterproof goggle frame. They let you swim with clear vision without needing glasses (which don't work in water) or contact lenses (which carry infection risk in pool water).

We correct myopia (short-sightedness, negative sphere powers), hyperopia (long-sightedness, positive sphere powers), and astigmatism (cylinder and axis correction). Both eyes can have independent powers.

Adults Factory Fitted: −1.00 to −9.00 SPH in steps of 1.00. Kids Factory Fitted: −1.00 to −3.00 SPH in steps of 0.50. Custom Power option available for exact prescriptions including astigmatism correction.

Your current eye prescription from your optician. It should show SPH, CYL, and AXIS for right eye (OD) and left eye (OS). That's everything we need.

Yes — very common. You provide separate values for each eye when ordering.

We recommend using a prescription from the last 12 months. If yours is older, it's worth getting an updated one before ordering — especially for children.

No — your regular glasses prescription is what we use. There's nothing swimming-goggle-specific about the prescription needed.

Ages 3–16. The frame is purpose-designed for smaller faces — not an adult frame scaled down.

Yes. We recommend checking the prescription is current before each order. Even one swim season with clear vision is a significant improvement for a child who struggles to see in the pool.

Rinse with fresh water after every swim. Never rub the inside of the lenses — this removes the anti-fog coating. Store in the carry case away from direct sunlight.

With proper care, 1–2 seasons of regular swimming. The gasket degrades over time with chlorine exposure — if the seal starts leaking, it's time to replace.

No. Prescription swimming goggles are custom-made optical items. Once production has started, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is standard practice in the prescription optics industry. Please verify your prescription values carefully before ordering.

If your goggles arrive with a manufacturing defect or a power significantly different from what you specified, contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve manufacturing errors at no additional cost.
