When you place an order, we collect your name, contact details (email or WhatsApp number), shipping address, and eye prescription values (SPH, CYL, AXIS for each eye). We collect only what is necessary to make and deliver your goggles.

Your information is used solely to process and fulfil your order, communicate with you about your order, and arrange shipping. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Prescription Data
Eye prescription values are sensitive personal data. We handle them with care, use them only to manufacture your goggles, and do not share them with any third party other than our manufacturing partner under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
Data Retention
We retain order information for the period required for business and legal purposes, typically 5–7 years. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us — subject to legal retention requirements.
